Nice to meet you! My name is Lilly and my work lives at the intersection of performance, wellbeing and human connection. I bring over 10 years of experience in People and Commercial Leadership within SaaS environments, including roles as Head of Customer Success and Head of Culture. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on building high-performing, scalable teams by aligning operational excellence with human-centered leadership.

I design systems, cultures, and leadership practices that strengthen both business results and employee wellbeing. My work has been recognized across Europe, with three top-three nominations at the SaaS Awards (Customer Success Manager & Leader of the Year), including one win and two second-place finishes.

My perspective has been shaped not only in corporate environments, but also through high-performance disciplines outside of work. As a former volleyball national team athlete and a recent seven-month Shaolin Kung Fu student in China (training over 40 hours per week), I’ve developed a deep understanding of resilience, discipline, and mental strength under pressure. These experiences continue to inform how I lead, especially in moments of complexity and change.

Alongside this, I am a certified yoga teacher, breathwork practitioner, and sound healing therapist. I integrate evidence-based wellbeing practices into my work to support emotional regulation, focus, and long-term resilience in individuals and teams. My passion and strength lie in building environments that not only support wellbeing, but also deepen self-connection and connection to others through reflection and meaningful experiences, while strengthening strategic clarity to create resilient, high-performing teams that last.
